For the production of Schnapp folds and Pittsburgh folds, we supply fold forming machines that roll form a flat sheet metal strip to produce a folded workpiece from a wide variety of sheet materials.

FRM - roll forming machine for the production of snaplock folds (snap fold) and S or L-shaped folds up to 32 mm starting length - as well as of Pittsburgh folds with 13 mm fold height, material thicknesses which can be roll-formed - steel + aluminium 0,6 mm to 1 mm - stainless steel 0,6 to 0,7 mm, forming stations 9 pieces - throughput speed 15 m / min, punches per meter 20 pieces - punching distance 50 mm, dimensions about 2,3 x 0,7 mx H 1,1 m, drive power 3 kW, weight 450 kg.
